The beautiful princess from California at the Eiffel Tower
California Princess Visits Paris
“I’m a princess”, Shauna told me, when we began her Paris Eiffel Tower photo session. Tall, blond, with gorgeous eyes, I could certainly see how she could be a princess. She explained that in addition to working in the event management industry in Orange County, California, she also worked as a Disney princess at the Disney parks. How awesome is that, I bet the children absolutely love her!
Shauna was visiting Paris for the very first time, and wanted to commemorate her visit with an Eiffel Tower photo shoot. She had a very easygoing style about her, and while she is beautiful on the outside, to be sure, it’s her inner beauty that came through the viewfinder on my camera. Her warm heart and spirit shines through on her images.
I really love it when my clients are created. Shauna told me she had several outfits for her photo shoot, one more formal, and one more casual. A lot of people love to incorporate flowers, balloons, and other fun things like sunglasses and hates into their photo shoots. Even special scarves work really well with certain outfits. Shauna began her session with the most beautiful color of tulle skirt, I was drooling it was so pretty. It was complimented with a beautiful bow in the back, a great detail I tried to capture in her images.
Then, she changed into a more casual look, with super cute faded blue jeans and off-the-shoulder top, wearing her jean jacket from time to time. She kept the look elegant with her high heels, and I think her more casual look was actually my favorite!
I had a suspicion Shauna had modeled before, and I was right. She had an easygoing feel about her, an ease with her body and her look. Most of my clients are not comfortable in front of the camera. It’s my job to set my clients at ease, and provide a fun and supportive atmosphere, so that they leave Paris with wonderful memories.
Shauna wanted to mix up her images with some more serious looks as well as some fun laughter, both suited her well and provided a great deal of variety for her to choose from.
While I primarily serve couples, surprise proposals and families in Paris, I also love to photograph solo travelers. I travel solo a lot, as it’s often difficult to find friends and family that want to travel at the same time—it seems everyone is so busy these days. Solo travel actually can be tons of fun, but the downside of it is not having any really good photos of yourself at landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower. Luckily, you have choices! If you’re a solo traveler coming to Paris and would like to capture your time here with a memorable photo shoot like Shauna’s, don’t hesitate to reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
I absolutely adored working with Shauna, and hope I have the opportunity to photograph her again!
